What you need to know about the Arcadia community in Phoenix.

I’m here today to take you to another amazing community here in Phoenix. This time, we’re going to Arcadia. Arcadia Proper runs from 44th St. to 68th St. east to west and then from Camelback to the canal north to south. Arcadia is one of the most sought-after communities in Metro Phoenix because of its ideal location near work and play.

“You will get gorgeous mountain views in this area.”
Interestingly, Arcadia was once occupied by citrus farmers who had groves of trees from the 1920s through the 1950s. As a result, the lots in this area are large. There are plenty of front porches, open spaces, and beautiful views. One of the ideal features is a  north-facing backyard. You will get gorgeous mountain views every day.

Fun fact: In the 1950s, the land just south of Camelback mountain sold for 35 cents an acre. There are tons of great restaurants, trails, and shopping in the area. We’re not far from O.H.S.O., one of my favorite spots to grab a beer. Lots of people bicycle in Arcadia and even use the canal to get around from time to time.

If you’d like to look at some homes in Arcadia, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
